RAM
- i like it. seems nice. but i really haven't heard about it.
mobo -Seem's fine, because it supports 8gb ram and it's SLI, so you can upgrade it later.
cpu - the part i don't like, because how many games support quad processors? get just core 2 duo and with better ghz's.
hd
- that's the part you should think about it, if your kind of person, who can keep he's hdd clean, and half empty most of time, get some good cache 250gb, (in year 2006 i had still 40gb, and it was enough).
case
- It really don't matter how cool it does look, okay, now some say about air flow, and how cooler can work, if you want cool looking and very silent, yeah go for it, but i would buy some cheap one, and if there will be any problem with heat, i would remove some part of the case.

gpu
-fine(it can support sli)
sound card
-that's cheap shit, you probably have same kind integrated, i bet you don't miss 7.1 you just wanna hardcore gaming eh?, for gaming there is other series of sound card's Btw Asus(or was it something else, but creative soundblaster got asskicked) came up with some nice sound cards.
psu
-Seems ok, but if you wanna run sli in future consider maybe 700w.
cooler
-I got artic cooling cooler, so no more comments.

im getting a quad core for multitasking...
quads kick duo's asses any day.
ill probably use onboard sound at first.

SLI is worthless and shitty.

GPU is a waste of money, go get a 4850 for 170.

Bad cooler, this is the BEST.

It seems I am the only one rooting to the 9800GTX+. They're both good cards (9800GTX+ and the 4850), we'll just have to see how well the price works out.

Stick with the onboard sound unless you are going to be running an extremely high-end audio system.

http://www.engadget.com/2008/06/25/ati-radeon-hd-4850-and-4870-reviewed-all-that-and-a-bag-of-rv77/

why is everyone saying that 4850 is way better than 9800GTX? if u sli 9800GTX, you can outperform crossfired 4850.

It's cheaper?
Single slot cooler?
More efficient?
Crossfire seems to be somewhat broken in Crysis?
Their results even go against the links on their page?
