Cheat Engine

Ok so here is the problem. I start CE, then the game (online). I sign in and i select the process. I want to either edit my gold or my hp.. So i get the addresses and i freeze the address for my hp but nothing happens. I still die. So i do that same with my gold.. also tried to edit it. Nothing happens. So i think its server side, not really sure. How can i tell if things are server side or client side ?

yes i understand that im a noob so please no flaming ><

P.S. Ive tried using my WPE pro but i cant get past the gameguard..

Yup Server side.



If you play something offline the server is your hardrive.

If you play something online the server is located somewhere across the vast ocean of the internet.

Your client will always be the screen you are looking at.
