I want to cause values to lock at places other than 100%. So lets say on some game I have 100 hit points. If I just check the "Frozen" status on cheatengine, the hit points will lock at 100. I want to make it so that I take damage normally but then, lets say, the life will lock at 65/100 hit points and go no lower (that obviously being 65%). Would this be possible? If not with cheatengine, some other program?
Also, as a disclaimer, I couldn't find any other topics on this, so if it's been mentioned, sorry. In fact, I found it rather surprising because this lack of functionality on the "Frozen" function makes cheating pretty obvious in many situations.

Make a code cave.
You could also freeze and click the '=' sign from the left and it'll change to '+', then the value will be freezed, but Cheat Engine will allow it to grow, but a code cave would be much better.

Find your health in assembly and do a cmp on it, if it is below 64, then bump to 65 or even 100 again. Make the game heal you

I don't know how to make a code cave. I'm not even sure what a code cave is, and a google search isn't telling me anything. Thanks for the heads up on the = + - commands though, I'll try those out. As for Labyrnth's post, if I knew even basic assembly I wouldnt be using cheat engine.

ummm, using cheat engine properly would be using assembly sillio!
Your missing the fun of cheating games.
You know what will help you?
Doing the cheat engine tutorials.
Also looking at some of the posts in tutorials section and insight to AA scripts.
They are very basic and meant to teach.
Dont say you did do the tutorials like everyone else has said, I know better.
