I'd tap that.
I spent a good $2300 on my computer 3 years ago and it couldn't even compete with that.
(before I upgraded it myself of course)

Get the parts for free, maybe buy some good ram and a processor.

If you build it yourself it is much cheaper than buying from a prebuilt manufacturing company.
