Film it in camtasia (screen capture)

Produce it as .gif instead of .avi (its really easy...)

You'd need to download the video with vixy.net as an avi, use some kind of avi tool to strip down the video until all you have left is the segment you want and resize it and place it all together with imageready and save it as a .gif.
