Usually when you beat some one up there too scared to call the cops so you either didn't do a good enough job or your not intimidating enough or better yet it never happen.

well i beat the kid up long story short...
soo i was walking down the street and this group(3) of kids came up to me and started "hey look at that kid" "come over here for a second" and stuff like that...
and they wanted my phone (yeah you know to steal it...)
so i said fuck off....
so this kid started kicking me.. so i gave him a blow to the head and he started crying... then his "friends" said "heyyy what was that for? he was just playing with you!"
and that crying kid called the police then the police came and called my parents.. then they said.. if you touch another 13- kid.. we will take care of you more seriously...
so i asked his friends if he had a computer and they said yes.. and i asked if he has MSN they said yes then i asked what is it... then they gave it to me...
well.. and dont ask me how i got the IP adress... please..
