Edit: For some reason, I can't download faster than like 10kb/sec with torrents, even if I have something like 800 seeders and 3 leechers.

as I said before ,use utorrent and change the options
if that wont work change your dns to opendns(search in google)
it will work,you just dont do it

I tried azureus, utorrent, bittorent, and maybe 10 other...
