Do you know these programs (KAV, Ollydbg, PEiD, Etc..) that have Shell Extension ? how do i do it to my own application ?

For example i right click the C:\ drive and i from there i see "Start Searching" (Eg).

I saw that it do something:

004:DllUnregisterServer
003:DllRegisterServer
002:DllGetClassObject
001:DllCanUnloadNow

Are there a specific APIs to do it ?

One way is to add keys to the registry. I don't know which ones it are by heart but its something like hkey_classes_root/.extension/shell
I don't know if there are api's that will do the work for you.
