For some reason I can dowload faster than about 5kb/s with torrents.

1) I dont have a rapid share account If I had I would gladly give you
2) you should search for a good leeched-seeded torrent all the time
3) open ports
4) in utorrent connection properties you should change the connected peers etc things(3 place you have to change) to a higher number like 600000
5) if you do these,it will automatically download faster than any servers avaible
