Do you know this feature in IE7 that when you type something in the Address Bar, it will auto slide the link from "My Fav" ? how do i do it in FireFox ?

Ctrl+S page into "My Favs", then press Ctrl+O, Select it, then press enter.

Edit- Should be the same in Firefox too.
