Anywho...
1 - Right-Click on the Windows Toolbar and select Properties.
2 - Select the Start Menu Tab.
3 - Select Customize.
4 - Select the Advanced Tab.
5 - There will be a scroll window under "Start Menu Items". Scroll to the bottom of this.
6 - Under the heading "System Administrative Tools" check the middle radio button (Display on All Programs menu and the Start menu).
7 - Select OK.
8 - Select Apply.
9 - Select OK.
Now if you look under Start -> All Programs you will find that a new option has been added "Administrative Tools". What these will do varies from network to network so you will need to experiment with them.
A good place to start is by lookin under Computer Management. This will list all of the users that have logged on to the machine and also give you a description of there access levels. This was particularly useful to me as i have password reset privelidges on the network i use so i was able to take control of the entire domain once i had the Admin logon name.
Other possibilities are that you could take control of those annoying countdown timers in cyber cafes and, never, ever run out of time. I guess the usage of this will be as varied as the networks you use it on.
