i wont to put a film on my phone, it will fit on my memory card, but when i copy and paste it from my computer to my memory card and try to play it on my phone the file type is unknown and it should be able to play it

y does it do this, i can put 'clips' of films on my phone by this program i have, samsung studio, but it only moves the clip onto the phone which doesnt have enough memory for it so i need to some how get it str8 on my memory card.

any ideas

It may need to be converted like for my MP3 player. Mine came with a program that converted .avi into a playable .avi for me. Without converting, it would do nothing. Check to see if you have to convert it or if it needs to be a certain file type.

yeah what file type is the film that you're trying to put onto your phone? some phones only accept certain file types.

You might need it to be a .3gp or .mp4
