my internet guy gave me a software that restricts bandwidth.the software and not their server restricts bandwidth.im having trouble in locating the address of the restriction (11kbps) or restriction switch (1 or 0)
cause even when i log in and out and narrow down values there are around 800 Rolling Eyes

help please!

I thought it would be the person who created the software can control the flow of internet right? You would have to hack the server/find the address of it though.
