How do I cheat?

I tryed to download the installation file, but it says,

"Delete opperation successful. You have just deleted /CheatEngine511.exe
Huh, wait. You're not the admin! OMG!!! I just deleted this file for no reason!
OMG! WTF!!!!!!
I'm calling the cops you hacker!!!!11!!1
I have your ip, it's ************ and you're using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:*****) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6
