lol
1 make a 450 px * 45 px rectangle
2 choose a nice render
3 resize your render to fit the rectangle on a side of the bar or to fit the area that you want to show
4 get a 8 bits pixel font
5 use a gradien on the background matching the colors of the render
5 - 2 ( optional ) you can add some effects , as lines or lighs to it
6 write the text of your bar at the oposite side of the render
7 make a border with black lines arround the rectangle
8 look it for a minute to decide if you like it
8 - 2 if you like it go to 9 , if you dont, repeat all
9 save for web and choose JPEG
10 enjoy.
