Something is wrong with my upload speed..

I have Comcast High Speed internet and my download speed is fine (21359 kbps) but my upload speed doesn't even show up, when I try and upload files on datacarrierburning or something it goes to about 15 kbps and it goes down from there and then it gets disconnected. Does anyone have a solution?

tyr rebooting router if that dont helps call your provider

Yeah thats definately out of order there.
If your upload is suffering that bad then you should be seeing a slowdown across the board with all stuff web-related..even browsing this forum.
Either a modem/router issue, or it could be something out of your hands, like maintenance somewhere, or an ISP doing some upgrades on hardware.
