Does anybody know why whenever I download something it just stops at a certain percent and freezes? For example I tried to download TMS.rar but it stopped at 7%.

It can be your internet, you might have problems with it. Or check to see if you computer is full of memory and sometimes it can only download part of the file. It also might be the place where you download the stuff.
