Well last Thursday I was in English class and my comp suddenly shuts off for no reason and won't get back on unless I play with it and than it only works 5 seconds. I tried everything logical so don't ask... I don't want to pay 100 bucks to my comp shop to tell me something I got on here... So tell me what's the problem?

You spilled something on it probably. I think you should pay to get it fixed. Or maybe battery problem?

I am going to need a bit more info

A. What kind of computer you have and its moder (ex. Dell, inspiron E1505)
B. Exactly what the last thing you were doing or last site you were on before it shut off.
C. How long it was running for and if you have anything you should tell me like if you are overclocking anything etc.

A. IBM thinpad from like 2002.
B. I was on microsoft word with the explorer process deleted.
C. I usually leave it on Standby.
