Once again, you have just posted non-useful info mate.
Last time you posted asking for a 'sound driver for xp'...<- its too generalized.
I could possibly look up the info for you, to see what graphics cards are most commonly bundled in with that make/model of PC, but to be honest, just follow the advice I gave you last time and you'll have all the info you need.
You'll be able to reveal the exact graphics card make & model, and it probably would have even given you a direct link to follow.
Do some searching yourself, and for heavens sake, listen to peoples replies, don't post and never come back to read...

If you bought your computer in a bundle it should come with a driver CD. It covers all your machine's hardware driver.
