My mum was using my comp to type wsomething out but somehow she managed to lock microsoft owrk so I cant do shit. Cant type or nothing. Anyway I got vista and am using the 2007 version. So please, gonna tell me how to unlock it. I got a big fuck ass essay for tomorrow and Ive only got an hour to do it..

Press CTRL+SHIFT+F11 that will unlock the field.

I am 90% sure that is it, she must have accidently hit CTRL+F11 and locked it. Otherwise she could have set it as read-only in which you would have to save it as a different doc.

Crap! It didnt work. I cant copy and paste either so I cant put it on notpad. You guys know any other solutions or ways to get Word without having to pay it?

Abiword is a free word processing program if you want to Google it.

you can download a free 60 day trial of 2007 office and once it is up you can just do it again. Don't know if thats too much of a hastle but it is a solution.

oh... so she didn't do anything. Just the amount of times that you are allowed to open up the document have ran out. Hmm.. No warez here, you gotta go buy the whole packege.
