ok. this is a case that happened to me. (rare), maybe..







as you can see, my network adapters are working well. but in the network connections, it doesn't appear any of my wireless connection except the local area network
(Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC) -> the one included in the network adapters. I can still go into the internet. i just can't find the icon of my wireless in the Network connections.

Please.. anyone who knows how to fix this problem, tell me please.. thanks.. if needed any extra information, please do so tell me.

Uninstall it... direct from device manager if you have to.

Reboot and reinstall the driver/utility that you got with your usb stick Wink

^<-- Bingo, it could be other things but this is the first thing you should try before doing anything else. (layer one is an exception, make sure you check to see if everything is plugged in all the way onto your computer first and nothing is loose then do as mentioned.)

Since he can connect, and it just doesn't show up on the menu, you can easily rule out any wire or plug issues.
