Browsing websites for example will be limited by your upload, because that is most likely the slower one out of the 2.
Here in the UK, if your on a typical 8meg DSL package, your upload is approx. an 8th of your download, so getting an upgrade for say...2meg up to 8meg makes no difference here. Only to the downstream rate of course for all your illegal stuff you end up downloading lol  |
