Royal Theme, Zune Theme or you can use programs like windows blinds.

Vista Transformation Pack is what I use. It isn't really a skin/theme though.

habufe, that's a cool background. Do you know the name of it? Or any links? Thanks.

ON TOPIC: Volcom880, I think you should go with Vista Transformation Pack, it comes with ViOrb so the Vista Orb doesn't look as crappy as most of these other themes.

Ok
A few words before my final answer.
I woudn't recommend and skins.
They eat up ram.
They lag your computer
They are glitch/buggy
To many updates

As soon as I knew about Vista I was going crazy for a skin.
I searched for hours a day on skins.
I found Vista Transformation Pack.
It is the EXACT replica of vista.

Just look at it.
If not Vista Transformation Pack then go for Vista Insparat as Habufe said
