Probably a Q6600, 8800GT or something in the 9000 series. 200GB HDD, 3GB of RAM (this is how i would set it up, 2x 1gb, 2x 512mb) or 2GB.
Uhh Antec 900 has proven well for A LOT except its not for sale on newegg. I doubt you need more than 500~600 watts, i got a 650 for later upgrades (like another gfx card, hdd, cd drive, ect)

Mind the amps on the 12v rail on your PSU. Its ok saying, ooo get a massive 650w or higher, but if its lacking the right ampege..at a guess at least 26amps for that system then you could be pushing it.
