I try downloading softwares and when i try to , it always say 0KB. Is there a software that opens .EXE files?. Also i uninstalled my CCCP and i cant install it again. What do i do?

.exe is just a native executable file, you don't need anything to open it.

If you're getting bad downloads, try from another site or stop using a download accelerator.
