I have AT&T, and even with tweaking my BitTorrent I get only about 50-70 kb/s...I'm also pissed how slow some shit loads, so what do you guys think is the fastest ISP?

agreed, plus on top of that RR has fiberop in some locations now as well.

There's far, far faster than T3, but I'm assuming this guy is talking residential services so T3's and otherwise are irrelevant.

I would say FiOS is likely the fastest.
