Ok, this takes a bit of explaining... Took me a while to get my head around it and I invented this hack... This is totally undocumented and I've never seen this in any security review... This should work on 80% of the web that takes uploads...
(If you do find it somewhere dated before 14/04/2008 pls let me know and I'll stop taking credit)

What you need to know

There are a few concepts you'll need to understand to get this hack working...

1. Server side vs Client side
2. IIS settings
3. 1 Server Side language (Asp, C#, Php etc...)
4. Operating System Permissions (User permissions)


The hack explained

This revealed among other things the DB connection string (Note: if the IP is 127.0.0.1 (localhost), this means the DB is located on the same server as the Web Site... So ping the website to get your IP address, it also shows usrname and password IN CLEAR TEXT...

in other words this hack enables you to download basicly ANY websites USER DATABASE
