when you copy something, it stays in a place called clipboard, but what is this invicible place ? is it a storage like a register ? a memory (ram) space ?

where is it really stored ? is it possilbe to code more than 1 clipboard ?

for example you have 2 block of codes on your clipboard, if you wanna paste the first one then you press Ctrl+V+1 (only if you copy to the CB more than 1 stuff)

The Windows clipboard holds only one piece of text at a time
