Are a b18c or a b18c1 and a GSR the same type of engine? It says so on craigslist, this guy is selling, and i dont think he knows what the fuck he is talking about.

Yes they are with minor changes. Parts some should interchange on them as well. They are both third gen engines.
But the b18c is a better engine has more horse power at 7600 and the b18c1
has a stronger valve train.

so looking at the big picture.


the integ im getting is ready for a GSR / K20 swap. People have said the GSR is of better value, so i've decided to go with that.


The Si on the other hand, is a b18c1 / K20 swap. i wondering if i should get the civic or the integra...


civic - b18c1
integra - GSR


which would be better?

I would go with the integra - GSR.
Also there are allot of instructionals on how this is done.
