It's in C because most of the source files are extensions .C
Plz help me how to do it coz there are plenty of files there and i have already been opened files like makfile, compile and readme but they don't tell exactly what to do with what.

well i think those are refering to Linux... Because thats how i usually compile C files in Linux. I am not sure about windows.
It seems like you are trying to make a webserver?
1) Apache HTTP is the best!
2) Using Windows as a Webserver will make you hit so many walls you will cry
3) If you don´t know how to compile a C file, maybe you shouldn´t make a webserver?

Bam useful comments as always there...lol
1) Matter of opinion, although yes I will agree it is the 'standard'
2) Mot necessarily, just make sure the security is hafl-decent and the software you're using is ok...
3) That really shouldn't decide whether you should host a webserver or not. It is arguable that the topics are very different.

teehee
1) Apache is the best i have used (for Linux and Windows) but IIS is the good for Windows if you want something more Windows/you friendly.
I have found that all the security Windows implies on your computer makes it harder to do things (like open port 80)
Also, Compiling a C file is simple... Debugging it if you get an error? might be a little more challenging. Writing the whole code for a program? also might be hard. But if you cannot download a compiler and run a program, i doubt you would be able to install a program and do the necessary port forwarding on your router.

Because it's really the fault of Windows here instead of the hardware / software you're using.
