Open your .exe in a assembly editor and view the memory addresses designated there (0x1000c790). I recommend OllyDBG , ProcessExplorer, and or Ida Pro. You have an access violation (obvious) because whatever data is held at location 0xC0000005 is violating its access rights by attempting to read data from 0x0000000c.

I listed a couple of disassemblers above, just pick one and download it. I recommend OllyDBG

A disassembler, it disassembles a .exe (or any file) into its ASM equivalent.
