Apply coded rules to this forum such as:
-Only those with posts higher then 25 can create topics
-Limit the size of avatars.

Also limit registration. I'd suggest keep it closed registration and only open it for 15 minutes a week. This would be a REALLY good idea for a few reasons. 1) Everything anyone would ever want is already posted so no need to post anything new. 2) You don't need to see the private sections to get the majority of your answers. 3) This will force people to use the search and actually read others posts thus creatine less crap posts overall.

Good idea, and to make it fair to newcommers I'll set everyones postcount to 0 and delete all topics from the forum. Would love to see what people will post about then...

1: that would only allow idiots come in that constantly try to register. Advanced hackers that only spend 10 minutes a day on the forum won't be able to register...
2: makes no sense
3: No, they'll just post their questions in off topic threads
