I think its ur installer the file that runs the exe is corrupt your microsoft installer w\e google it i cant really help never happened to me :\ maybe its ur computer oh yah i think it is u need administaor account :S

reboot computer in safe mode then you could login in as administrator and install program then reboot again and go on normal mode.
