As titled. I just see some fancy trainers around (like rBot) and most of them have got their own custom GUI. I wanna learn to make one of those and if anyone can point me to some tutorials it will be appreciated.

You can also look into using dialogs, or other ways such as GUI librarys like wxWidgets. (Or take the dreaded path that will get you beat up and use MFC.)

I know how to do it with CreateWindow, but my aim is to make the user interface with my own components instead of the stock Windows UI components. Like this:

Heres some links for creating custom controls:
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/static/CustomControl.aspx
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/miscctrl/customcontrol.aspx
http://www.ucancode.net/Products/free%20product/uanglebox.htm

Only links I can find all deal with MFC so you will have to do some trial and error or deeper searching to locate some non-mfc tutorials.

Good luck.

As an off-topic question: Does VS have a GUI generator then?

I found an API called DrawFrameControl on MSDN, and it seems it can accomplish part of my objectives. Confirmation please?
