Your file got deleted or moved into a new location. Search through your hard drive for it. If you don't find it reinstall the game, or at least I assume it's a game.

You should be able to put it in the same directory as the install of th game or what ever it is your ran.

Sure see allot of games on that link that use it.
Seems like it maybe some kind of encryption.dll for them or something by name of it lol.

Hahah those are for NProtect.
They are not needed to run the game tho form what i read here, check out what i found someone said about it. Cant give credit to who posted it because the blog doesnt show names of posters Confused
