I know how to make a Registry Key and SubKey, but how do I make it so that anything a user inputs into my program it "saves"? Even just a little tickbox, it will save it so that you ticked that box.

RegCreateKeyEx - Create
RegOpenKeyEx - Open
RegSetValueEx - Write
RegQueryValueEx - Read
RegCloseKey - Close Key

Find an equivalent in VB.NET or import the api's from Advapi32.dll.

Then simply have an event that checks for CheckChange, TextChange, etc. And in the event have it save the value.

There's a managed way to use the registry that's very simple.
