Cheat Engine

How do I modify what the Blue bar says on top of the cheat engine program? I have a game that kicks me if it sees cheat or hack or anything in the window bar on top.

I am not sure if a hex editor would work... But if it does open up whatever in the hex editor, then search for what CheatEngine is in hex.... remove it or change it to something else

Chances are that whatever anti-cheat is detecting you, isn't just looking for window caption...
