I am unable to locate the download URL for the DDK. There is no download link at http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/driver/wdf/KMDF.mspx if anyone has a direct download please let me know what it is, I would like to make a UCE. Thanks.

As said on that page:

KMDF is provided as part of the current release of the Windows Driver Kit (WDK).

Download the WDK.

I don't wanna sign up for any of MS's nonsense though is there a way to get around that? besides emule...

even torrent is faster than emule, so don't say you're not a newbie
