Do you get audio?

Try this;

Advanced Settings --> enable Overlay Color Keying

Tools menu > Internet Options > It's a tab.

just try to use the latest version of firefox...i always use firefox though and i never et black screen=) i hope that helps

It might be that you don't have flash player installed.
