i think this is a problem with cheat engine when i search and address i found them OK but when i do a next search the old addresses stay there how i stop this from happening?

run it as admin

and if that doesn't help, try doing a different next scan.
E.g scanning for 100, and then scanning for 100 while nothing changed will return the same results
