Im editing this, as I forgot about Vista and needing to be admin and what-not. Excuse what I said previously, you just see way too many ridiculous questions on here. My apologies.

make sure you run as admin.
And are using Windows (so no mac)
And have downloaded CheatEngine54.exe instead of CheatEngine54src.rar
