What is better ?
I'll show pictures of both
Delphi 7e:
*Less RAM
*Less CPU
*Less GB
*Fast Compiling
*Less buffer size (Less executeable size)
*Comterable UI and coding style (FTW!)
*Visible in the Task manager and process list
*Shows 35% of the desktop (which is useful for some people like me, for fast executing&coding)
Delphi 2007:
*Takes somewhat RAM
*Takes somewhat CPU
*Takes almost 2GB
*Fast compiling (When tweaknig it)
*Normal buffer size (abit larger executeable size)
*Uncomterable UI and coding style (Eww..)
*Hidden from Task manager and process list
*Covers the whole desktop, wtf ?!
Delphi 2007
Delphi 7e

Can't you change the macros for Delphi 2007?
I still like 7Enterprise better. 2007's a little of a hassle.

Since this is 2007 and all XP users have service pack 2, just go by C#, get the Visual studio express edition (2005) and have a jolly time, the UI rocks hard and intellisence can be turned off if you like ~~
/edit, the only hazzard is that you have to compile manually through CMD with .net framework 2.0 instead of 3.0 that C# itself uses.

Lol, as much as I enjoy your enthusiasm about the language, you should let people enjoy the language that they want to program in.
And also, to compile, just set the build type and run it using the Express or VS (whichever one you're using).

| Delphi 7 is just alright, but Delphi has gone a long way since 1995. Studio is much better, in many ways as well.
