Hi all,

I am new to this site, and I am not here to beg for any hacks. I enjoy a good challenge as the next guy does. I am not a expert at hacking, but not a complete noob either. There is a new game out that I have been working on called Shaiya.

My objective :
Edit monster AI

As in a game 2 moon s, you can edit the AI settings of a monster to where you do not take any damage. Which is very useful for characters like priest where its hard to solo.

CE's will not work in this, atleast from what I have tried so far. The file that controls all of the functions of AI and all others, is data.saf
I am not even 100% sure that this is even possible. This is a new game and I have just begun to look into this game. So as far as I know, it might now even be something possible client side. I have talked to some people that played the Korean version and they said that the Korean version was able to edit the data.saf and you could edit the AI and many other settings. This was done through using a hex editor.

I have tried opening the file with winhex and cant view the file, because it is encrypted. My question is, what can I do to decrypt the file so that I may be able to view and edit? Or does anyone have a better suggestion on how to accomplish changing the AI on mobs in this game?

I was going to try and play around with a CE on this game, but the GG has every version blocked and gives the error game hack found and closes the game. I even tried deleting the GG folder and connect to the process before the GG loads. Still same error and game closes. I would appreciate any suggestions and/or help.

hi!
okay i'm a real n00b in game-hacking but not in software development. so i wanted to edit this data.saf without any success. everytime the error described above. did anyone succeed to hack this game? could be interesting... okay cya!
