what exactly is cheat engine is it just another packet sniffer like wpe-pro or is it that in more?

its a memory editor, memory freezer, memory hacker, search engine, thats all the things ive seen it called....
WPE pro is just a win socket packet editor, and CE is much easier, but has its limited, WPE is a packet editor, witch means you can do more stuff with it, but its harder to get then CE, sorry i cant explain it well, let someone else post too so you can see more

Well, then can i use Ce to chage my stats like on an online game? and can i use it to like make a bot?

personally im having a little trouble with figuring out how to do certain hacks with wpe, i am a n00b though.

p.s. where is CE'd dl?

From personal use i think cheat engine is better. WPE pro is good for certain things but Cheat engine is simpler to use, for me anyway. Although there are quite a bit of tutorials out there if you really wanna learn.

WPE can catch signals, and send again with different values... i think some might find CE ALOT easier...

I would say... Cheat Engine!! WPE pro has Trojan! I just downloaded and my anti virus protection thing said Trojan is removed and i couldn't access Wpe pro. Confused

WPE if you get it from the authors site, you wont have this problem.
It will make the antivirus whine because it is a hack tool.

People getting this software from other sources are vulnerable because since the AV already whines they can hide trojans/keyloggers in the file and people think it is legit because the av catches it.

Cheat Engine is a Memory Editor/Hex Editor wheras WPE pro is a packet sniffer.

WPE is good for hacking MMORPGS
And cheat engine is good for about anything else

Cheat engine is a Memory Editor, Scanner, and a Debugger. You should also note that it can beat WPE, as it has the option to use Auto-Assembler(a local extention to assembler), which makes it power quite unlimited(it's just like programming).
