Hi I just bought a use pc just to do some project, but the previous owner has the password and i can't access it, and tried to log in as the administrator, and still needed a password can you guys help thx.

I saw a few programs that would reset the passwords on a computer, but I don't know if they work.

You should reinstall the OS, and get a clean start. You don't want all the previous owner's programs wasting space, malware, etc.
