The tutorial is made to get, if you don't get it there isn't much we can do except explain it again which the tut is doing for you.

when the number changes scan changed value. when it stays the same scan unchanged. the adress could be changing every few seconds (if tHat happens good luck you MIGHT not ever find it Razz)

also, is the game server sided?

First up do this which is step 1 in the tutorial:
Just press the flashing computer on the top left and scroll down and find tutorial.exe in which you then continue.

Here is a video tutorial which has steps 2 to 8. Yes you've already completed step one.

I already tried using the first scan and change the value but i failed.(In getamped)
