I'm making a multi-form project, and I'm trying to get the menu to "dock" onto the main form so it moves around with it, how can I do this?

(there IS an API way of doing this, but i lost it =( )

the general idea is to enum through all windows and see if any side of one form's RECT is within, say, 10 pixels away from any side of the other form's RECT
