I have a Dell Studio XPS 16 laptop and was wondering if there are any ways to turn off the moniter.

I am aware of using the power utility, but that works only after 1 minute of not touching anything. I'm also aware of using a blank screen saver, however the screen is still infact on.

Couldn't find anything in the manual Confused

You could use a function key to send the signal to an external monitor, but that is about it.
