actually, the original state of random spam had -1 post for EACH post. And it actually DID block people from posting.

but not many people posted here then so I changed it to +0.

i've now changed it to randomly +1, +0, or -1 and a few rare -10,+5, and even more rare -100, +50 per post

let's see what kind of effect this has.
