ok,my keyboard isnt working at all, any solutions? m typing by using the on screen keboard.i rebooted already and unplugged the usb cord,help needed ASAP

happens to me sometimes unplug your keyboard turn off your computer come back in like 15 minutes turn on your computer plug back in your keyboard and it should work

do any of your usb ports work? (that's assuming your keyboard plugs into a usb port)

trying updating ur pc. my sis's comp's usb wouldnt work until she updated it

He said the light is on, so his USB ports do work or else he wouldn't get power to the keyboard. Did you hold the power button in to shut your computer off? My keyboard light stays on when I do that. =\
